What items do you scan?
We can professionally scan photographs, polaroids, 35mm negatives and mounted slides.
How can I get my items to you?
We ask that you send them to us using Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery and post to our business address which can be found on the Contact Us page.
Where are you based?
We are based in Bristol, South West England and can fulfill orders from most places in the British Isles
How long will the scanning take?
We aim to get your photos or negatives scanned within 5 working days, after this we will return both the originals and CD's back to you.
What quality can you scan at?
For photographs we can scan at either 300dpi or 600dpi, for negatives and slides we can scan at either 1800dpi or 2400dpi, please let us know which you would prefer. For optimum results we recommend photos scanned at 300dpi and negatives at 1800dpi.
